EVA FILM and PVB FILM are the first choices for manufacturing safety laminated glass. However, when we want to laminate Plexiglas with Glass, because the Plexiglas can not stand high temperature and not having the stable hardness as the glass, when laminating the Plexiglass with EVA FILM or PVB FILM, we may face bubbles problem.
At this situation, the Liquid resin lamination may be a good choice for Plexiglass lamination. Liquid resin is poured in cavity between two pieces of glass to make laminated glass. But before you can pour the liquid resin, you need the double sided transparent tape to seal the edges of the pre-laminated glass.
